1 General Provisions

1.1 About okbet4

okbet4 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") operates an online gaming and sports betting platform available at okbet4.org, serving Filipino players across the Philippines. okbet4 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government authority responsible for supervising and licensing all gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the okbet4 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and okbet4. By completing the registration process and creating an okbet4 account, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

1.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translations or summaries provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the okbet4 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting services in the Philippines. okbet4 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process for every registered account.

2.2 Eligible Players

To register and use okbet4, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of okbet4 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed by okbet4 or by PAGCOR directive;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an okbet4 account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information as requested during the registration flow, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify okbet4 promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.

2.4 KYC Verification

okbet4 is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered players prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, and Philippine National ID (PhilSys). okbet4 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered okbet4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. okbet4 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, okbet4 may consolidate, suspend, or close all accounts associated with the same individual, and any balances held across those accounts may be subject to forfeiture pending review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbet4 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. okbet4 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP and strongly recommends that all players enable this feature. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact okbet4 support immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All okbet4 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. okbet4 does not support multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. okbet4 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances, in an amount not exceeding the remaining balance, after providing reasonable prior notice to the account holder's registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbet4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash — e-wallet deposits and withdrawals
• PayMaya — e-wallet deposits and withdrawals
• BPI — bank transfer
• BDO — bank transfer
• Metrobank — bank transfer

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso. okbet4 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your okbet4 account. GCash and PayMaya deposits are generally credited to your okbet4 balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time to reflect depending on banking processing windows.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your okbet4 account, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fulfilled;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum threshold;
• Your account must be in good standing with no active compliance holds.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

okbet4 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within standard clearing windows. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals. okbet4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearing systems, or public holidays.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

okbet4 is obligated under Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. okbet4 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline transactions that trigger AML review thresholds, and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the okbet4 platform are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the wager is reflected in your account's bet history. okbet4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a void event applies under the rules governing the specific sport, market, or game type.

5.2 Odds and Markets

okbet4 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or remove any betting market or odds at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been offered but before it has been confirmed. In the event of an obvious error in the stated odds (a "palpable error"), okbet4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet was already confirmed.

5.3 Bet Void and Cancellation

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window;
• A palpable pricing error is identified;
• Irregular or suspicious market movements associated with the bet trigger a compliance review;
• Applicable sporting body rulings declare the event result void or under investigation.

5.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on the okbet4 platform are subject to real-time price changes and market suspension. okbet4 cannot guarantee the availability of live markets at any specific moment during an event. Connection or technical issues experienced by the player during live betting do not entitle the player to the reinstatement of a bet or market price.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional incentives made available on the okbet4 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates, which are detailed in the individual promotion's terms. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific rules.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your okbet4 account may not be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x) — must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

okbet4 takes a proactive approach to detecting and preventing bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposite outcomes to guarantee completion of rollover requirements (known as "bonus washing"), coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, and placing qualifying bets that are subsequently reversed or voided for the purpose of meeting rollover thresholds. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

6.4 Promotion Changes

okbet4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions are valid only for the period and geographic scope stated in their terms, and are available to eligible Filipino players as defined in the specific offer.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbet4 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or chargeback fraud;
• Attempting to launder money or finance terrorism through okbet4 accounts or transactions;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to use your okbet4 account;
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multi-player game formats;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits.

8 Privacy & Data

okbet4's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an okbet4 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

okbet4 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, KYC and AML compliance, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and — with your consent — marketing communications. You may review, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team, subject to okbet4's legal obligations to retain certain data under PAGCOR and AML regulations.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbet4 platform — including but not limited to the okbet4 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okbet4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okbet4 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the okbet4 platform without prior written consent from okbet4.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbet4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruptions to live betting services, delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers, or inaccuracies in event data provided by third-party data feeds.

okbet4's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The okbet4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and system stability, okbet4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to certain features or markets.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your okbet4 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining balance — after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

11.2 Closure by okbet4

okbet4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC or AML requirements, or a directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority. In cases where account closure results from a breach by the player, okbet4 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or exclude themselves from the okbet4 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by accessing the self-exclusion tools in their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Players under self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications from okbet4 for the duration of their exclusion period.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the okbet4 dispute resolution process described below.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account transaction, or platform feature, you must first submit a formal complaint to the okbet4 customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. okbet4 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with okbet4's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okbet4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the okbet4 platform, with reasonable prior notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the okbet4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
